Updated on 17 Nov 2020
Select the scene on which you want to add the overlay and click on the "+" button, select "Media Source" and confirm by clicking "Add source".
* If you have already imported a resource before, you can either use it again or decide to import a new one. We will import a new one, so click "Add Source".
Rename the resource “animated_overlay” and click on "Add Source".
Now search for the .webm file of the overlay in your folders, make sure that the loop check is active, otherwise your resource will disappear after playing the animation once. Finally, press "Done".
You will see in the editor-preview your screen which in turn will show your screen, which will show your screen, which will show your screen, which will show your screen but don't be afraid… it's all normal.
You can use the same process to import a video.
*Champions tip: remember to group the webcam with the overlay by selecting the two resources, right click, group, group into Folder, rename the "webcam" folder and press done.
*Champions tip: Remember to change the position of the source layers by ordering them hierarchically to always show what you want.
